Master Certified New Home Sales Professional (MCSP)

The Master CSP designation further acknowledges new home sales professionals who hold the CSP designation by highlighting their continued educational and career achievements in the home building industry.
Curriculum and other Requirements
- Successfully complete the three (3) required courses:
- Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP)- Fall 2007
- House Construction as a Selling Tool– May 2-3, 2007
- Essential Closing Strategies
- Complete two (2) courses or one (1) designation from the list(s) of electives below.
- Have at least 3 years of new home sales and marketing experience.
- Complete the Professional Profile & Application for Master CSP Candidates
